Alamo booked through Expedia

Wonder if anyone can help?
Have been to Florida many times and always look around to see what is the cheapest etc, So this year we have booked a flight, hotel and Car through Expedia.
So the hire company is Alamo, but I am having flash backs to a few years ago and there was an issue when we went to collect a car.
Was that I had paid with my card for the entire holiday but my husband was the named driver. I remember an arguement and having to put me as the driver due to this.

Anyone know if we will be able to get around this if he takes his cards with him? Or do I need to do something before we go?

If you have already paid, you will be the named driver and DH will be additional, but it doesn't really matter as he can drive too even at the exit kiosk.

I am assuming the you have a DL?

Yes I have a DL so hopefully it will work out ok.
