You can get the Cogsworth clock at the Disney Store at Disney Springs, in The Magic Kingdom and at the Contemporary - only problem is they are $60 plus tax!
Was going to get one myself but bulked at that price!

You can also email Disneyland Paris merchandise and have him shipped over which is what I ended up doing.
