Hot Topic returns policy?
I'm thinking of ordering my daughter some clothes from Hot Topic but from what I can see there is a big difference in sizes, a M in one item may be a British XL or a British M, so I am concerned about when we pick them up they will not fit her. Does anyone know there return policy? Are you limited to 14 days? Can I just exchange in store for another item?
I have looked on the website but although it says you can return items you are not happy with it doesn't give a time frame. I just don't want to be in the situation where I'm stuck with ill fitting clothes and no way of getting my cash back. |

Thanks, but how would that apply if I ordered it to collect in store? Or if I ordered it to be delivered to our Villa? Is it 14 days from the day I put in the order or when it's either delivered or I actually pick it up from the store.
Also how long would they keep it in store for me? The website says allow upto 14 days for delivery to the store, so if I put the order in 14 days before I travel and it arrives 2 days later, would they keep it until I get there 12 days later? |

Sorry, can't help. Don't ever order to the store. Don't know how long they'll keep an order.

I emailed and asked them how long they keep the orders for and this is the reply they sent:
The store is required to hold the package for 45 days. After the 45 days, the items you ordered will be placed on the sales floor and a refund will be issued to you. If you require special pick up arrangements, please contact the store directly. I did send the email in Sept 2015 but I assume it's still the same. If I remember right when I ordered it only took about a week for the order to arrive in-store. I placed an order on there the other day as my auntie is going to orlando and my dd wants a dress from there so she's offered to collect it for us. If you like I'll let you know how long it takes to arrive in-store this time. |

Hi
Just thought I'd let you know that we placed our order on Wednesday 25th January and they just emailed today to say our order is now in store. So it's taken just over a week to arrive. It also says on the email that the order will be available for pick up for the next 45 days. |
