Hi,
This will be our first trip to Walt Disney world and i was wondering if there is anywhere in Disney springs i can purchase milk and maybe a few groceries.

No, but the resort shops have milk, bread and basic groceries. Or use Uber and go to Walmart if you want a bit more

There's a gas station right across the walkway bridge from DS. They have more groceries/wine/beer, at a better prices than the onsite shops.

It's not a range of shops, it's more of a gift shop type deal with a few bits of food. Nothing like a proper grocery store and more expensive.
