Surely to do it properly you should take a tartan thermos flask?

We always take our own teabags, as we normally stay in a condo we buy 2% fat fresh milk which is the same as semi-skimmed so the taste isn't affected.

The English brands are expensive to buy so I thought of buying an American brand.
Take some with you.

We usually just but Twinings teabags at Walmart. Found them to be better priced than what they are here.

Where on the customs form do you declare tea bags? I can see all the prohibited items with the yes/no tick boxes.

They come under food items. Anything for eating or preparing or food or drink. Tea is generally permissible - especially general "English" teabags: (From US Customs and Border Protection website)

"-Tea- commercially packaged and ready to be boiled, steeped or microwaved in liquid.

Coca, barberry and loose citrus leaves are prohibited"

Nice to see food is bundled in with insects, not an obvious question!

Ewe, I'd bring my own if I wanted a decent cup of tea tbh, I'm sure you can get a good one here, but bringing your own won't take up a lot of space, at least you know you'd be getting a 'decent' cup of home tea, although I'm loving their coffee, and I'm usually only a tea drinker at home.
