Odds of an exchange / refund?
Last August we bought our daughter a pair of those flashing trainers at a stall in the Florida mall.
She's worn them 3 times max, charged them once and now one of the shoes will not charge. They still look new, it's not as if she's worn them to death. We go back in May, I do not have the receipt or box but will be able to print credit card records to prove I bought them there. Will it be worth it or am I flogging a dead horse? Assuming the stall is still even there!

You would have to check what the US or Florida states Sales of Goods Act is. Out of the blue doesn't your credit card cover you for faulty goods may be worth checking.
