Recommend me a signature resturant as a treat for my parents ?

Narcoossees has steak, chicken, etc - all sorts so no worries there. You can see the menus on the wdw page too for all the restaurants. Fireworks can be viewed at Narcoossees, also at California Grill, Polynesia resort, or, From Yachtsman they could stoll down the boardwalk to see Epcot fireworks. So many lovely options.

For the best fireworks, it has to be the California Grill. If you've got a window seat facing the Magic Kingdom, you can see them from your table, and they pipe the music in and dim the lights. If not, you go outside to terraces only available to diners to watch. The food is great. You'll find the menu on this site in the menus section. Book for about an hour before the fireworks, so you can go outside between main and dessert, ideally.

I'm no expert, but I think the only other Signature that has proper "fireworks viewing" is Cali Grill...but if it could be dinner and THEN fireworks you could book them a fireworks cruise? That would be lovely!
