How early should we go to collect our tickets from the box office? Just want to nake sure we all get decent seats and seated together

Cirque tickets are assigned seats. It won't make much difference what time you arrive, I'm sure Thomson has a block that they can sell.

Once you pay the voucher is immediately there for you to download.
There are no visible seat numbers so presume you pick them up on the day.

Will save this as a nice little surprise for my DH - who has never wanted to go and see them but has always been outvoted but has won on the basis of price. Ha - no more !

The voucher says Thompson - but via Hotelbeds.
