Premium or Luxury
Looking to book three weeks with either a premium or Luxury car, Alamo rental. Seems a bit of a price hike £250 for three weeks between the two although both affordable.
What cars have people got recently? Some of the Premium cars seem lretty good is the juml worth it? |

Not really. It's a nice car albeit it doesn't have the build quality of my BMW. Could have had an X3 quite a few times. I did have a Lincoln in the Summer for 2 weeks until I got shot of it with a slow puncture. That was ok but quite basic.
Sounds sad but the thing I like with the Cadillac is the heated steering wheel. My hands get cold with the air con on and it's nice to have a warm wheel to counteract that. I'm a saloon car person so things like an Escalade, Navigator etc don't interest me.

Premium ... Chevy Impala LTZ. (and the letters are important for best spec)
Very nice motor with all the bells and whistles Also had a nice white Chrysler 300s when they were listed as premium. Very smooth and comfortable, but not worth the money now they are listed as Luxury.  These are the two   Note the 300 doesn't normally come with a hand and arm attached to rear quarter

Last year Alamo did not have Cadillacs in the Luxury row st MCO when we were there. The 300 had been moved there from Premium though.

Thanks for the replies. Gives me something to think about. Premium wise I'd be hoping for a Lacrosse, Cadenza or impala. Tom mentioning the X3 being an option on occasion is interesting.
