Alamo - I've upgraded but already skipped the counter

Hi,

Can anyone advise please?

We originally booked an economy car and completed the skip the counter.

A couple of weeks ago we realised the car was too small for our luggage so I contacted virgin to upgrade and got a intermediate SUV.

However, the skip the counter is still showing the economy car and it won't let me change it. :angry:

Will I now need to queue up rather than skip the counter?

Important Information
Please note that if you reserved a child seat or GPS navigation device, you can check-in, but you will need to collect your child seat or GPS from an Alamo representative before selecting your vehicle.

If you amend your booking prior to travel, the online check-in documentation will become void and you will need to check in again to reprint your documentation.
