Getting picked up to go home from Disney

We travel home on the 18.30 flight Orlando to Manchester with Virgin. What time roughly will we need to be back at the hotel for the Disney bus back to the airport?
I'm trying to work out if an ADR is possible at CRT that day. We're staying at AKL.

Disney usually pick you up 4 hours before your flight. The exact time will be hung on your door the day before you depart.

As above... a breakfast reservation is likely to be an option. Realistically you're looking at leaving a park just after midday, to get back, go to bell services and retrieve your cases, and then sit waiting for the sad bus !
