What is Ron Jons?

Hi.
I've been looking at threads for Cocoa beach and loads of Dibbers mention Ron Jons. I presuming it's somewhere to eat but can someone let me know what sort of food they serve.
We are going to Cocoa beach for the Mars launch on 3rd August and wondered whether to take a picnic, but if we can buy good food there we'll save ourselves some time and eat out.

There is no where to eat there apart from a drinks machine outside.

If you are into surfing then it is good, otherwise it is a nice novelty once but I wouldn't go in there again.

Thanks for the replies. Not interested in surfing at all so Ron Jons is a no-go. Is there anywhere to eat on Cocoa beach or should we take food?

Hi,

I would take a cool box with snacks.

Having said that, isn't the launch in the early morning?

We went to watch one from the beach two years ago and we had to get there about 0630 hrs. Then it was cancelled.

We just took some drinks and then headed off to Dennys for breakfast.

I will keep an eye out for you, we will be on the beach that day too, and also for the shuttle launch.

I will be the tall guy with a Dibb badge.

Have a fantastic time.
