One question, WCC do they not serve the food in a skillet any more? Such a shame as have been reading a few bad reviews and we loved it here in 2011, doubt we would go back next time anyway with our baby but it's clearly changed over the last few months xx
Thank you! No WCC has changed this year sadly xxx

Artist's Palette - SSR

Breakfast this morning was at SSR before we headed off to the Courthouse and Outlets.

We used our refillable mugs (Saving our QS credits for lunches later as we thought they weren't very well used at breakfast ... which ended up with us checking out of SSR with 14 QS credits remaining! Plonkers ) so hot chocolate for us both.

I had a croissant sandwich with bacon and egg which was folded over cheese so it was yummy and melted mmmm .. this became one of my fave WDW breakfasts during this trip, yummy!

Scott had a wholemeal breakfast wrap which he enjoyed too and it was nice and filling too. He did ask for it without the peppers but they weren't able to do it as they were already made, but he enjoyed it. I think it was scrambled egg, cheese, peppers and bacon but I can't see it on the menu's now, sorry!

We filled our mugs again and took them with us to the Courthouse

Taco Bell - Premium Outlets, Vineland Ave

Lunch was at the food court in the Premium Outlets, Taco Bell due to the size of the queues everywhere else!

We shared an XXL grilled chicken burrito and one grilled steak. These had a blemd of 3 cheese, hearty beans, sour cream, guacamole, avocado ranch and pico de gallo. These were very full and filled the spot for lunch...but we didn't find them very flavoursome so we added some of the hot salsa they give you We shared a drink too as it was massive!

House of Blues, DTD

House of Blues was a favourite of ours last year, so we were returning this year and dining with 5 of our guests. We enjoyed a little drinkie each tonight.

Girls started on a cocktail which the server suggested for us, a hurricane something which we couldn't see on the menu so I think he made it up?! It was nice and fruity though.

Knowing that we were going to the Yachtsman Steakhouse tomorrow, I chose a burger here, a juicy Lucy - beef and bacon patty stuffed with cheese and topped with jalapenos and chipotle mayo served with fries

Delicious! Full of flavour and very juicy. Scott ate most of my fries ... I was saving room for dessert

Scott had a full rack of ribs served with fries, beans and coleslaw.

He loved this and cleared every single bit, good boy! The ribs were perfectly cooked, very tender that the meat just fell off of the bone and the coleslaw was nice and fresh, A big hit here!

Between all 7 of us we had either of the 2 meals above, or a New York strip steak

This was served with garlic mashed potato which was amazing!

We all loved our dinners here and the girls said this was now "The best steak they have ever had!"

Pudding were triple chocolate cheesecake

This was amazing! I ate every single bit, delicious with the berries!

And Scott had no room for pudding ... so I ordered him a Key Lime Pie

Which I enjoyed too hehe piggy!

We all left feeling rather full but not a bad word to say about anything here.

I will just add if you have an ADR you do not have to queue to check in, which we did! Just go straight in

We love House of Blues, it has a great atmosphere, we were here on a Friday night so had live music to entertain us too. Fab!

My how did Scott eat all of that rack! I remember struggling in Florida so had a half in California! Pics of nails please ;-) Love how you ordered a pudding for Scott ;-) That'd be something I'd do!

Oh I love Taco Bell!

The portion sizes at House of Blues are HUGE! Good to see a review of one of the less common places.

I agree that using a QS credit for breakfast seems like a bit of a waste. Looking at my dining plan though we'll have to use them for brekky as we'll be paying OOP for TS lunches fairly often.
