Hello, it has taken me an awful long time to get around to doing this food report. Think I said the exact same thing for last years report, I'll insert link later. Oh here goes.

Myself, dh, my dd disney adult 11year old (now 12) and fussy ds8 used every single credit on the DDP too much food? Nahhhhhhhhhh.
We stayed 14 nights at SSR but before that we spent a few nights at
Universal RPR and enjoyed some off site eats too

Be gentle with me, I have Disney Withdrawal and we're not going this year seems very strange after six years only one thing can cheer me... food... so I shall get on with it shall I.

We had some lovely breakfasts at the Islands Dining Room at RPR (loved it here by the way). We were given vouchers from Virgin and so didn't pay an awful lot.







This pancake machine was great, the kids loved it.









In the Universal parks we had a few treats. We went in the Simpsons food court place that had excellent theming.





Had to try these really didn't we?


And of course one of these, it was dd's but I had a sip and I liked it.

After reading many great things we at last got to dine at Bahama Breeze.
Everything was wonderful and delicious, and service was great as well.

Dd had mini burgers or 'sliders' i think they are called.


I had jerk chicken, a smaller plate option and it was really good and just enough.


Dh had Paella and love it.


Ds had chicken tenders... you'll see a pattern here.


Piña Colada bread pudding, very nice but not very piña colada...ish



Key lime pie... very rich but delicious

Florida Mall Food court

Orange chicken, they enticed me by handing me free food samples on a stick, Yummy.


Not quite sure what this is that dh had but he liked it.

Here we are on Disney Dining Plan territory.

I was slightly concerned about Planet Hollywood having read more than a fair share of bad reviews on here. I thought 'hey I love Hollywood, I love food' so I went for it and chose it as our first meal at Disney this trip having checked in at SSR earlier. Verdict... we loved it, great atmosphere, great service, and we enjoyed our food.

The 'Twilight' cocktail bwa ha haaa. The server humoured me by asking if I was team Edward or Team Jacob. It was as delicious as Edward... almost.


Half a chicken with garlic mash, now I love me some mash, almost named this report 'Mole Loves Mash'. They didn't scrimp, it was tasty and plentiful.


Garlic shrimp linguini, too rich for dd so she just ate the shrimp... she loves shrimp.


Not sure what happened to the pics of the other mains so on to the scrumptious desserts, I was very impressed.

Banana fosters cheesecake... come on now.


A sharing dessert, bread pudding white and dark chocolate... stop it!


Up early on our first full Disney day for a 7.30am breakfast at our favourite Chef Mickeys. Didn't take an awful lot of pictures as I took so many for last years report. We got to Magic Kingdom a little after 9 ( for anyone wondering if they'd make rope drop...no).

Columbia Harbour House

Love coming in here, if you compare to say..Cosmic Rays, it's quite calm in here... when you get upstairs anyway.

Anchors Away tuna sandwich and a delicious apple crisp... I honestly made what dh called "rude noises" when I had the apple crisp.

It wasn't without difficulty that I was able to secure an ADR on our first full day at Disney, at Be Our Guest. There was no Beast (he was ill in his room...pfttttt), the food was quite bad, service wasn't great but the setting was lovely. We sat in the dark bit with the thunderstorm and rose in the glass.

A pork chop with a tough old bit of macaroni cheese trying to look posh in a circle (dh said).



Chicken dish with fingerling potatoes was just not very nice

Shrimp puff pastry type thing, dd did not like it


The desserts were below average and not befitting of a TS, I don't think

Storybook Circus Big Top Treats.





EPCOT, Sunshine Seasons.

It is without fail that we always start a day in Epcot with a breakfast here. Usually we use snack credits but sometimes a CS.

Is it wrong to have strawberry shortcake for breakfast? Not in Disney! I'd been spotting these beauties in many a food report and it has been on my to eat list for ages! Yum


At least the children are sensible


Les Halles Bakery-France

A nice little Counter Service, here is the selection of what we had for lunch.


Loved the desserts, the Napoleon was to die for.


The strawberry tart was so pretty it gets it's own solo shot


yay...Garden Grill

Always have a good time and a good meal here. The characters are always extra fabulous here too. I love the platter... the turkey and mash are delicious and as that's all I have they bring out more for me.


Kids platter has sweet potato fries, chicken drumstick and mac and cheese.









Fruit cobbler dessert ... Before and after about five seconds...



This time ds got this as a kids dessert, it changes each time we come.
