Cant find my NI and not able to get DVLA code
Hello!
My husband and I cant find our NI no. and therefore we are unable to get the DVLA code. We are already here in Miami. Has anyone got into troubles for not having this code when renting at Sixt car rental? We just got an email saying they would require it. We are totally panicking. Thank you |

The Sixt website is very unclear and if they do need the code they are the only rental company in America that does! .
I suspect its a generic E Mail you have had that doesnt take account of the fact of where you are. The US doesnt recognise our points system so the Code is of no interest.

Your NI number will be on your wage slip or P60. or front of child benefit letter.

Don't worry - the need for the code will come. Then they can extract extra $$$ for you being a nuaght driver in the UK. Ker-ching!

There is no need for any code from the DVLA, this has been discussed at length on the Fountain of all Knowledge, ie Facebook and all the car hire companies have said they do not need a code from UK license holders. Pussycat
