Alamo Online Check-in

Hi All.

I am hoping to complete our online Alamo check-in at some point today. From what I can see from the Virgin Alamo check in page, I just enter the lead drivers details. My question is, when do we register the additional drivers I have paid for? Do we still need to go to the counter at Alamo, and if so, is it defeating the object carrying out this online check-in?

Sorry if this has been covered in other posts.

Virgin Alamo check in is the easiest of the lot. Much better than Brits I can assure you!

Have you booked with VA and got the free extra driver or VH and paid for the more expensive Ins that gives you an extra driver and fuel?

Eiher way you have the facility to enter the 2nd driver as you do the online process. I did it a few weeks ago and loaded my Son on at that time.

Hi Tom.

Out TA booked via Virgin Atlantic Flightstore (Gold/Platinum Cover + 1 tank of fuel), and we then paid £60 for 3 additional drivers. Would I be able to enter their details do you know?

I think they booked via Virgin Holidays albeit maybe a TA uses a dedicated TA system, i dont know.
With VA its easier to book albeit VH fulfill the contract - weird!

Anyhow. Yes its easy and if I recollect correctly you log in with your booking. Do the 1st page for the main driver then do the tick box to add others. Now I only add my Son so cant say about multiple drivers

Go on have a go!

Thanks for the advice Tom.

Will contact all drivers in our group to get their license info and then have a go :-)
