We used them in 2013. Peter was very helpful Peter was waiting for us outside Sanford Airport. Was thinking of using them next year but my quote for the car we wanted was more than £300 extra to us driving our hired car ourselves

i have booked them for november, been extremely helpful, solo traveller, fourth time but first time driver, so happy to pay the small amount extra it cost for the peace of mind of not having to drive from the airport alone and in the dark.

I wouldn't pay the extra they charge but I have only ever seen positive comments about them. Just not for me.

However as per the poster above this is exactly what they are good for so I don't knock people who use them.
It's horses for courses.
