Mockingjay prices for receiving parcels? Is it worth using them?

Hi, just wanted to add my experience of using Mockingjay.
I had been placing orders and having them delivered to Lisa since the summer (Yankee Candle, Hot Topic, Amazon to name a few).
All emails to Lisa were answered really quickly- no issues whatsoever.
Lisa was great about changing my delivery date but then really went the extra mile. She emailed me a couple of days ago to say that there was a chance Disney would charge me a $5 per box handling fee and to prevent me ending up with a whopping charge, she offered to meet me in reception to hand over my boxes.
Ended up meeting in the car park at the hotel and the transfer went ahead 😳
Fabulous service from start to finish - would use again.

I also had a great experience with Lisa and her Mockingjay Service in Sept this year. Emails and fb messages were answered always in a timely manner and she was very helpful and professional. Received my parcels with no issue

I just wanted to add my positive experience.

I've had gift baskets delivered to a villa in 2015 by Lisa with no problems. We discussed beforehand what value i wanted to spend and what kind of items I wanted to include.
I then used Lisa for parcel handling services in August 2016 again with no issues. I ordered quite a lot of parcels from different websites. Lisa kept me up to date with deliveries arriving and all parcels were waiting for me at French Quarter when I arrived.
I always used facebook messenger for contact and bearing in mind time difference Lisa always replied promptly.
I've already paid Lisa for parcel handling services for next August and I'm not concerned.

Another positive review of Lisa, We used her back in 2015 and had no problems with her what so ever..

Lisa made me up two baskets with balloons for my grandsons in Oct 2014 ...they were beautiful and they still love the soft toys and blanket that were in them .
Hope to use again when we return next year . 😀

I think this thread highlighteds the issue that many others threads have-the service is inconsistent. Some guest have great service and other have very poor.

I have sent emails and I haven't had a reply, would love to use the service but without any communication it is impossible.
