We booked the Cheyenne and when we got there they said it was fully booked and upgraded us to sequoia lodge.

A friend was recently upgraded at NPB from a standard room to a suite! And she was travelling solo!

A few years back we had booked to stay at the Santa Fe, was my husbands first trip at the time, (id been many times before) and the Santa Fe was fully booked to they upgraded us to HNY for free! Needless to say my husband fell in love with the Disney magic and im sure the free upgrade helped haha he now shares my obsession with Disney which i am more than happy about!

In 2007 we had booked castle club at DLH as a once in a lifetime treat. We had requested a park view room. We were taken to our room which turned out to be the Cinderella suite! We asked why we were upgraded and were told... you wanted a park view! Talk about Disney magic!
