Rain Rain Go Away!

Stuck in villa (Fort Myers) for last 2 days. So bored, we've only visited the Edison & Ford museum and done lots of shopping. We were meant to drive to Tampa yesterday to see the football & then Busch Gardens today but we didn't want to risk leaving villa in car & get stuck! Lots of roads closed. Grateful we are safe of course, just disappointed.

Oh no, I have been wondering if the rain was affecting you🙁
It rained here all afternoon and most of the evening yesterday and we've had another down pour this afternoon.
Can you change your tickets for BG? I'd also ring the Bucanneers and see if you can swap to watch the match that's on this week.

Never thought of swapping the tickets but I think we will leave it now as we had to cancel the hotel and was charged. Luckily the tickets didn't cost much & we were just getting the BG tickets on the day. I don't mind the rain but we literally cannot leave the villa as water up to knees and worried about driving. We may come back to Orlando a few days earlier and do MNSSHP to make up for it! Hope you are having a lovely holiday x

Sunshine again 🌞 this morning in Naples!

We got out today! Was lovely, played mini golf & went to FM beach and had dinner & cocktails on the beach front followed by ice cream from Kilwins. Tomorrow we are going to Naples :-)

That's brilliant news! Makes you appreciate the holiday even more. We went to the beach today too and ate outside. Sunset cruise booked for tomorrow on Sweet Liberty. Excited! ⛵🌅
