Still waiting here too. The last communication I had with them was on 1st May saying that they 'will start the process in regard to this refund' and they will 'endeavor to keep you updated of the progress' but it 'may take some time'. We asked for a refund on 31/03/20.

We sent our tickets back on the 25th March and emailed our cancellation of flight I got through and haven’t heard a thing not even an acknowledgement they received them. I sent them signed for and they have been signed for on the 28th march

It was brought to my attention today that people might be mixing up Orlando Attractions with Orlando Attraction Tickets.
This thread relates to Orlando Attractions and while I am a bit concerned I haven’t received my refund as yet, I don’t want them to be cast in a bad light here if some of the lack of refund experiences don’t actually relate to them.

Yes, it gets confusing when they have such similar names! My tickets were definitely bought from Orlando Attractions (orlandoattractions.com) and I haven’t received a refund yet. Refund requested 31/03/20.

We requested a refund from Orlando Attractions for Discovery cove and Kennedy on the 7th April and they've said they'll start the process but haven't heard anything yet.

I sent my tickets back March 18th. Got an email a week later to say they had received them and a refund would be processed. I had been speaking with them a few times before I sent my tickets back and they said it would be a LONG wait for a refund, that it would be probably be better to get the dates changed on them, but we weren't sure how things would pan out so opted for the refund. Still no refund as of yet.
