Another Virgin post - advice please re: flying points
Just had the email that many other Dibbers have had
Our trip was a tour of the Golden Triangle in India on 1st October. The email states that due to changes we can accept the new dates (not that they tell us what these are ) take a refund in full, or a voucher - no benefit it seems in taking the voucher. Clearly we wouldn’t be choosing now to go this year and welcome the cancellation but I would have taken a voucher if it was a better deal... However we had upgraded to Upper Class on our return journey (first time, but not meant to be!) - do I assume the refund will automatically put these points back in my account? Impossible to speak to anyone or add any notes to the form for cancellation - and I’m not convinced that it will be actioned any time soon...☹️ Any advice anyone?

Thank you for your response billbarbara229. I spoke to the flying club today and they are unable to put the flying points back into my account until Virgin process the cancellation. I then need to contact them again. So back to the waiting...
