Congratulations to your DS.

My daughters friend failed his yesterday, the next date he could get was the 1st December, he’s hoping a cancellation comes up.

I am hoping, fingers and everything else crossed that my daughter passes in a couple of weeks. She is more than capable of doing

Fingers crossed for her, the situation has put a lot of pressure on it for them.

Totally agree with this! Congratulations to your DS OP.

My DD passed her test 2 days before she left for uni. I thought we were going to have to do it over Christmas but her instructor managed to get her a test. She was never positive after a lesson, a right old Eeyore so I couldn’t believe it when she passed first time. So relieved but I know I’ll be a wreck once she starts driving properly.

Well done to your son One of my dd's has just finished her 12 EDT lessons (Ireland) and is going to apply for her test soon but the wait in our area is aprox 6 months at the moment but personally I think that's a good thing for her. My youngest is taking her first ever driving lesson this morning

Well done. My daughter had her first lesson this week after stopping lessons 3 years ago. She has developed a bit of a fear around it so getting back behind the wheel was huge.

Best of luck to her

DS has barely been seen since passing, busy finding out the real cost of petrol!
