Norwegian flying or not?

Gotta say I would not be looking to book with Norwegian now, unless I had very good airline failure cover.

I'm a fan of their airline and they were good at refunding me, but I don't rate their survival chances. I hope I'm wrong though!

Looks like bad news for Norwegian after the government of Norway today announced that the carrier will not receive further financial support needed to maintain operations throughout the Covid-19 crisis.

They might not even make to the end of the year as the situation is that bad. Using words like "we need ventilator support to get through the winter" to survive the winter won't help its cause one bit.

Apparently the Norwegian Government decided they would get no more money as they went against the conditions set for them to receive the original bailout cash. Norwegian should have just concentrated on the Norwegian domestic market and not try and restart long haul routes.
