9 days in to my new regime and lost 12lbs!
Hi all, i started my new regime on Sunday 27th September and i have already managed to lose 12lbs ! I have not really cut back on eating what i eat, but been watching what and when i eat.. I have also being hammering the boxercise and step aerobics on the wii fit... I was 18st 12lbs, which was starting to make me look bigger (I am 6ft 4) than i have ever looked.. I have always been large, but have piled the weight on in the past 18 months (From about 16 1/2 stone)... I am hoping by christmas to get back down to my former weight.. At this rate i am hoping i can do it !

It does sound like a dramatic loss though, don't be dissapointed when it slows down, just know you've already done very well and will continue to do so.  Jodie
