Attraction tickets amazing!
Not sure if anyone has booked with them but I've just had to cancel our universal hotel and tickets. No wait time on the phone and the Scottish lady I spoke to was lovely and sorted our refund straight away! Will definitely rebook with them X X

Is that Attraction Tickets Direct? If so I definitely agree with you. We cancelled our Universal hotel on the 28th June and the money was showing back on my card the following day. Wish it was so easy with others I'm waiting for.

Yep, nothing but good things to say about them.
Cancelled our WDW trip with them by email, got the full refund about 2 weeks later with no fuss at all. They were also really helpful during the initial booking process. Definitely a company we will use again. Ian |

If its attraction tickets direct they were totally amazing, our august flights were cancelled by delta in may. We had booked our universal hotel stay with them for 10 nights at the time our holiday dates were not even being covered by their refunds at the time. I called them to see where we stood and we had a full refund within 48 hours. Sarah Gay is amazing we have been using them for 10 years now and will continue to do so!

Absolutely agree. Although I haven’t had the refund yet, the process has been painless so far. In fact the service has been so good, when we rebook, we are going to get a lot more through them instead of all DIY. it just goes to show that good customer service will bring people back time and again.

Another one in agreement here - I really hope they can come through this as I will definitely book with them when we rebook our trip. They’ve gone over and above with their customer service at every stage of our booking - from when we first booked (matching another company offer, even though we’d already placed our order with ATD) to us having to cancel our trip (refunded deposits even though the T&Cs meant that they didn’t have to, as we’d passed our balance payment date and not paid it.)

They’ve been great with us too. They were cheaper than Disney direct. When we lost our flights when TC went bust they moved our dates for no charge and also made a note that we were still entitled to another free amendment because the TC change wasn’t our fault. We’ve now had to cancel and have had a full refund. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to friends.
