Bank holiday plans...

Bank holiday looming- its my sisters birthday so she is having a docially distanced party in her large back garden! Probanly also take dog for walk to a new place we have just found. Then Monday maybe a last eat out to help out! Whats everyones plans?

I don’t get bank holidays off, although I do have the weekend off at least. I actually didn’t realise it was a bank holiday until I saw this thread! 😀

Saturday we have our slot booked for Chester zoo, Sunday I’ve invited my mum over for a roast and Monday I’m working until 10pm!

My nieces little one turns 2 this weekend so if it stays dry she will be having a socially distanced family get together in the garden on Sunday. We are picking our DS 1st car up on Saturday and we go to Centre Parcs on Monday (hopefully if we are all still well and the area doesn't have a spike! )

Didn’t even realise there was one due - everyday seems the same as the next at the moment so no reason to do anything special on a bank holiday for me

Nothing planned here, happy to do nothing at all to be honest! Can’t be bothered to go to the coast or go anywhere. If the weather is ok will have a BBQ at home

Weather is looking ok for Sunday so our youngest son and his family are visiting and we’re planning on cooking some pizza’s along with some other nibbles and sitting in the garden
Monday nothing planned but might just go for a walk by the river in Chester if the weather is ok

It’s DS 15th birthday. Normally, we’d have a BBQ and family would come round but we can’t do that this year as we are in a tighter restrictions area. Anyway, he has requested we go to the airport pub in Manchester. I’m hoping that they’ll be able to fit us in as it’s walk in only and that there will be some planes to watch. He loves planes. Other than that, I’m also planning on going to the Trafford Centre to get the boys new school bags. This is the most I’ve been out (other than my jaunt to Spain) since lockdown. I’ve not had a meal out or been to a shopping centre so it’s a big weekend for me.😂
