Thanks, I spent ages and just couldn’t find it.

I have to say I find it a bit confusing. We’re hoping to rebook using the open ticket for beyond August which is allowed because I can book up to the end of 2022 but do I only get money toward a fare increase if I book a flight for before the end of August? And if I book for after August does that mean I don’t get to make any changes even though it says changes can be made to fly up to the end of 2022?

I read it as the changes are only allowed for flights before end of August but I suppose that could change. Probably worth calling them to check, we fly out in August but return in September so hoping we're covered.

Got to add we found the text service great. Reply was pretty much instant, was much easier than being on hold for ages.
