I've gained 3 pounds in a week!
Apart from my many self diagnosed medical issues, I have put on 3 pounds in just a week due to eating lots of absolute rubbish and sitting on my rear watching non stop youtube videos that are frankly pointless (I also don't think my male menopause issue is helping the situation).
I don't have a question as such but I just wanted to share with my Dibb family what a disgusting greedy slob of a bloke I am. Feel free to criticise me because I deserve nothing other than to be mocked, abused and ridiculed (no pixie dust please because I don't deserve it). |

Maybe you need a new clinical diagnosis of greed and laziness perhaps? Can't be helped if it's medical MH.

I am the same, but I can put on 3lbs in a weekend and it takes me two weeks to take of 3lbs. I’m cooking roast today but no pudding or wine allowed!
Dh has just done a 30 miles bike ride and is local legend of Ducks Hill apperently
