Weather in November?

Hiya All,

We are currently planning our next trip to our favourite place on earth. We always travel in May but next year we plan on visiting for Halloween & the first two weeks of November. Anyone our there who usually goes at this time, was wondering how busy this time of year was & if it was generally still hot enough for waterparks.

Thanks dibbers! x

That's what I am doing this year! I have heard only good things about this time of year. Although I have had several different reaction to "Jersey Week" this is the first weekend in November. It's like an teacher training thing in Jersey state and so a lot of families travel to Orlando for a long weekend. Some people say it makes no difference, after all it is only one state and not EVERYONE in that state heads to Florida! Some people claim that it gets very busy! I guess I shall see what happens while I am there!
As for waterparks, everyone I have spoken to says that they have never had a problem visiting the waterparks in October/November.

I would keep an eye out on the trip report forum mid November to see what everyone is saying on their return!

I hear it is unnaturally warm this year though!

Its a great time of year to go, check out our signature.
Temps will be a bit lower than May, but still range from mid 70s to mid 80s on average. It goes darkk earlier too.
Very minimal rain as November is one , if not the driest months of the year.

Forget about Jersey week. If you had never heard of it you probably wouldnt notice any difference IMO. You will notice more cars with New York , Jersey and Maryland number plates though.

This might be helpful - the low temps shown are usually night-time.

I've been during the 2nd half of Nov several times and always been very lucky with the weather - plenty warm enough to swim and get a good tan.
