UPDATE!
So, twelve days from departure and I have strained my neck... !  Probable cause - staring at the Dibb on my ipad!  Its very painful, am waiting for emergency physio appointment, tomorrow, but worried as cannot lift anything, or move very well, and most of all may not be able to do all the rides! Noooooooo!

Really sorry to hear this Louise. I did a similar thing last year and it was agony! I went to an osteopath and with the use of heat pads and lots of rest I was doing ok again within a couple of weeks... Was horrible though
 and really made me realise how awful back/neck pain is! Really hope the physio works for you and you are feeling better quickly!
