Am I understanding Meal Plans correctly?

The table service places do free baby food. Might not be what you normally feed your toddler however, but better than paying a fortune for them. Also we had some hipp and heinz meals with us for our toddler and they heated them up no problem.

And you can just use the voucher as a gift card and pay the difference.

Just to clear up any misunderstandings. The vouchers are for set menus with choices at each course or one full buffet and would normally include a soft drink. If you want to eat off the set menus you can use your voucher at face value. Set menus are much more normal in continental Europe. The restaurants you can eat in will be on your voucher and will be appropriate to the level of your hotel. You can upgrade your meal plan and you can use your meal plan at lower level restaurants.

Also, I’m sure it’s been covered but if you’re using your voucher at face value, you wouldn’t normally get a drink included, whereas you do usually if you’re doing TS set meal which your voucher entitles you to.

Sorry if I’m being a bit daft but I don’t understand which meal plan I have.
I’m booked to stay at Newport Bay with half board included, so which plan would that be

Only booked today so I need to quickly plan and book meals.
In secret, I’ve booked the celebration package and a character breakfast so that means two character meals.

If I book inventions, is it cash payment for the total or can I use the vouchers towards it?

You can use the voucher towards it and pay the difference. Dont know if they do breakfast at Inventions, but the breakfast voucher is only worth around €12, while the HB voucher is closer to €40 (was €37 for SL stay), so its better value to use the HB voucher against a character lunch.

Yes I would've thought that was the case.
We've got three nights. First morning we'll probably upgrade breakfast in Newport Bay. Second we've got character breakfast and then the last one Ive booked lunch for 12 so a quick breakfast will be fine.

Meals all booked for lunch/dinner now
