Just anti travel sickness paracetamol ibubrophen antacids and plasters in case I need them before we get there. Anything else or if we run out I just buy there sell bigger packs there anyway

Plasters, blister plasters, anti septic cream. Have never needed anything else so would get there if needed.

Canesten cream (for possible sweat rash or worse)
Antiseptic wipes (few)
Plasters (a few of various sizes)
Travel sickness tablets (just in case) (on a ship)

Oh and Vicks Sinex as I hate a blocked nose

Imodium it’s my absolute top of the list no matter where I go - since I nearly recreated the scene from Bridesmaids in New York!
Aside of that paracetamol and plasters!

I used to go over the top. One year I even bought some stuff to use if you lost a filling.
Now I have paracetamol, that's it.

I take most of the above because I travel solo and if I get ill over there I might not be able to just pop to Walgreen’s for painkillers, plasters etc.

I try not to take too much:
- paracetamol
-calpol for the kids
-plasters as I’m allergic to regular ones.

That’s about it. If I was going to a place where medical stuff was not available I would take more but when in the U.S that’s all I take.
