What's in your holiday 1st aid kit?

Trying to get organised, and going to replace/ renew bits over the next few months.

My staples include:

Paracetamol
Ibuprofen
Decongestant
Antihistamines
Rennies
WaspEze spray
BurnEze spray
Hydrocortisone cream
Plasters/ dressings
Steri strips
Digital thermometer
Vitamin C

Px meds

What else do I need?!

Eye drops? Swimming pool water can make mine a bit bloodshot so I take drops, just in case.

Blister plasters. They were a life saver for me when Sketchers Go Walks wrecked my feet.

Imodium, Senokot, Buscopan, Ibuprofen gel, Cold & flu, Diorylite and Tea Tree cream as well as all of the above

I just take paracetamol and plasters and if I need anything else, I’d buy it there.

I usually travel with a few plasters and some paracetamol and if I need anything else I just buy it. Previously I could have restocked Boots with the amount of medicine, plasters and remedies I packed. I very quickly realised a lot of it’s cheaper in US.

Woundseal powder, Immodium instants, antiseptic wipes

Diorylte.. the heat can wipe you out and they are good for dehydration and dehydration headaches and well as helping you re-hydrate if you have had an upset stomach
