Lovely travel day, sounds like your jippy tummy settled which is good... shame about the car but my god the resort you are staying certainly makes up for that... stunning... hope you both have a fantastic time.

That trip from the airport was bad enough when we were being driven in a taxi, goodness knows how we'd have been if we'd have had to drive ourselves - you did so well.
St Lucia is such a beautiful island, although the stark contrasts between the lavishness of some of the hotels and the local villages are really thought provoking. Looking forward to reading more.
