Good luck for Saturday!

I've now added hills into the mix.
I've gone from only getting halfway to getting to the top.
There is a grit box 3/4 of the way up.
I was determined to get past it.
This morning I gave it a 2 finger hand gesture as I plodded past

Thanks for all the good luck wishes. I made it. I dosed up on paracetamol an hour before and thankfully the runny nose has stopped. It was my worst time, however I ran with my dh as he is slower and being unwell I didn’t want to push it.
