Hope you had a good birthday
I’m sure Mr B will not see the massive Peppa Pig sign at the entrance and you will be saved

To much infact any junk food kills me now with my Fibro so it’s something in the cool box for emergency’s or bunged in the slow cooker to eat as soon as we get in or I’d be doing the same as you did
I find liquid wise out there here pesto bismo the best but I’ve got a gaviscon tablet stash as well

So far, we've managed to avoid it so well, I'm not sure he even knows/cares what PP is!

Same with bluey and paw patrol, the longer we can keep him unexposed to that overly advertised garbage, the better!

Just had breakfast, heading to the park shortly

Legoland was lovely. Ridiculously quiet, all rides were walkons. The food area was half decent too! (Compared with Mondays Busch effort... Comically terrible in every way!)

Chillout day tomorrow, back to Busch on Friday. Packing and shopping and pool most of the weekend!

Looks like he had a great day at legoland! I think kids are happy at any play park to be honest, no doubt there will be one at the villa complex you can take him to . Enjoy your last few days!

Ment to say it’s absolutely fine to leave any unopened food our housekeeper will take it to her church food bank
I have to say I’m still finding it weird seeing a trip report from ours but loving it

Not much to report. Very lazy day. Lie in, pool, lunch, nap, TV/packing, and dinner... frozen lasaga, home made garlic bread and chips/tater tots followed by an hour or so in the pool until B has had enough. He's fully swimming now! Got him to slowly do laps of the pool and his kickkickkicking is fantastic! If he can doggy paddle with his hands in the next few days? Wow! He's coming along brilliantly!

On a related swimming note... How old were yours by the time they were comfortable in the pool without you holding them? I can see him fully swimming without armbands by next birthday...

Will definitely be doing swimming sessions with him as a soon as we get back!

Then after the pool, dessert!

Frozen toaster waffle (for B), pecan pie for me (the Walmart fresh boxed ones) and pumpkin pie for o. With the leftover public BOGOF ice creams we got on day 1!

TV and bed...

Tomorrow, Busch for the final time. Gonna go anticlockwise again, so sesame st is at the end so B can wear himself out

Sat/sun, chilling, packing and maybe a trip for last minute bits to fill the cases! (Supertarget for t-shirts and Oxo good grips kit, and a local supermarket for spice/rice mixes

Monday, very lazy day. Pool and final packing. Leave for MCO around 4pm, fly at 11pmish

On a related note, anyone got tips for cheap April flights? Due to Easter hols/etc the flight price is double what sept/Oct was for this year! If you were doing 3 weeks in April, how would you minimise school holiday taxes?

We are Looking at virgin man>MCO or similar. 3 weeks at some point that month! (Or a few days either side... Can always do a beach rental for a few days to manoeuvre around sorrento villa availability!)

... Anywhere between Brum and Manchester, happy to do Tampa/Melbourne/Miami/etc, but IIRC TUI don't fly in april)?

Sounds exciting! Always good to get the next trip planned! Easter is late next year Dd is off from 4th but not back until 22nd which is literally just after Easter weekend. You may need to venture into May for cheaper flights but there’s usually offers on with Tui then! Not next year but for 2026 I already have our easter villa booked in Sunset Lakes! - (BIG birthday year - has to be done!)
Enjoy your last few days! X

Lazy day after walking round busch gardens again. Did nearly all the coasters again for the second time. Shakira is probably my favourite. I rode her four times!

B didn't like meeting Elmo and the count as much this time

Today I made lasagna from all the leftover taco meat and cheeses, along with a large tin of mashed up San marzano tomatoes. It's now ready to go in the oven for later...

B is having his afternoon nap, and we may nip to spirit Halloween and a couple of places this afternoon...
