Mr B's second trip to the mouse...

Made it here, flight couldnt've gone better! I managed to bag a seat two rows in front, so b got a seat of his own...

The only issue was it took 90 minutes to clear immigration. At one point only two desks were processing non us citizens!

Ended up with a minivan rather than a compact SUV as none were left when we got to the garage, so they upgraded us. Not 100% sure it's actually an "upgrade" though...

Stopped off at the local winn Dixie for a bottle of wine and a few bits, but their hot deli counter had closed, so we went over the road to checkers for burgers. Not sure why Ive never been before but the fries were fantastic and the burger was very good too. Two burger meals and 8 chicken tenders came to £24

Then off to the villa, hoovered the food, put b down, a quick dunk in the pool, then in bed by 9:30pm

Btw, stay at helen's (gryff) gaff, it's lovely!

Day 2...

We all slept till nearly 7am!

Then off to Walmart for a big shop. Nearly $400 but it will last till we go home...

Back to the villa for some breakfast, a nap then back out to dollar tree and publix. Wow, publix is expensive this year! And they only had plain Einstein bagels...

Then pool time!

It's 5pm and B is flagging. Couch time with duggee while we set his cot up in another room, then an early night for him, and pizza and wine for us!

He is SO TIRED!

He spent an hour in the pool with us. Armbands worked well, we forgot our lifejacket thing, so gonna find something in the next few days, he was absolutely loving being able to swim free between the two of us!

By the end of this holiday, we reckon he might be fully swimming!

I thought our mates gaff was lovely, but Helen's place is next level!

And I may even be converted to using an air fryer! And O adores the coffee machine!

I just wish I'd brought my furry crocs slippers, I left them at my mates place back in Stockport thinking they'd be too warm, I'm used to walking on carpet, so I'm just wearing my normal crocs round the house... Ah well, next time I'll remember them!

Reet. B is down. Pizza and wine time!

I got Sean to put the cot up in the master but the second master is the coolest room in the house and you can sneek, out the master bedroom pool door ( well if you are not Ian he fails to switch the pool door alarm off every time I’ve said before he needs to work on his silent Ninga skills )
I’m really looking forward to this trippy and Wayne’s suggestion

Move the bar stools I always do to two at the bar top and 2 in the garage but Leticia our cleaner religiously puts all 4 out

Yeah, we shifted some of the dining chairs and stools out to the hallway and moved the table a bit more against the wall, as there's only 3 of us and the high chair takes up loads of space on the end
