After party events Hollywood studios or animal kingdom?

Does this happen?
We have a one night stay at the contemporary resort and are doing the MNSSHP on the day of check in. I was wondering if the Wednesday the day we check out, would likely have after hours events for either animal kingdom or hollywood studios? Would be 26th august,

There haven't been any After Hours or Early Morning Magic events in HS since they opened GE at the end of August last year. I guess they will restart at some point but without insider information nobody is going to know when that might be.

Last year the MK ones were on a Thursday and Animal Kingdom were on a Monday. If they follow the same day pattern, there won't be one on the 26th August, but of course they might not do that..

Ah ok thank you, will see how we go for pennies as hubby wants to see galaxy edge but also loved FOP, but £200 Is a lot of money for 1 ride lol

Is there a reason you can't do either of those during regular park days? Or do you meant that you'd like to do them without much of a wait? Because if you can join the FoP queue a few minutes before park closing then you can get on it within an hour.
