After a lifetime of electric, hover and petrol mowers I switched to a Bosch cordless for my two lawns. Best thing I ever did! Next door neighbour has a Gtech which he's very happy with. The Bosch has several height settings and it deals with some rough grass outside my back garden very easily on a high setting.

We switched to Cordless earlier this year, like you struggled with which one to buy, in the end having spoken to people we went for the Stiga SLM 4048 AE. We are very happy with it, makes light work of cutting our garden, part of which is old paddock so very undulating.

We knew we wanted a lithium battery, adjustable cutting depth and a grass collection box, the Stiga fits the bill for us, have since added strimmer/edger to the shed.

I bought an Aldi cordless mower, £120 its good, in terms of ease of cutting, but doesn’t cut as short as my old corded mower. I think the brand is Ferex.

Last year we bought a Spear and Jackson cordless mower. It came with 2 batteries and a strimmer.
It was one of the best things we’ve ever bought
It has a roller too so we get lovely stripes.
We bought it from argos.

We have two little cordless mowers - Stewie and Nibbles our rabbits We haven't had to cut the lawn since we had them and they provide an astonishingly even cut, not patchy at all.

However, rabbits are expensive pets - a mower would be cheaper

I have a Bosch Rotak 37-36 LI Ergo. Bought it when we took back my Ryobi petrol machine under warranty (rubbish!) and they (Homebase) had a good deal on the Bosch. Might have gone for a slightly bigger one had the price been right but this one I find excellent.

I use a Mountfield self-propelled. I am not sure of the model but they're a good make. We have a massive lawn and it's excellent.
