Its been sugested already but if you use a VPN you can access the publix website. I use tunnel bear for exactly this same reason and you get a gig free every month which is more than enough for a bit of surfing US sites ( i browse outbacks this way as well)
Lots of others have said this but the chicken is always good, we often have it on the first night!

If you want snacks/ gifts/ clothing I would suggest a visit to Walmart will probably be better as they have loads of this stuff - it is usually cheaper than Publix too.

If you want to go to Publix, I would highly recommend their fresh meat/ fresh fruit and veg and their Deli too - we really love Publix it is our food stop of choice when on holiday, but we do stock up on the other stuff at Walmart

Has to be the fried chicken or the whole chicken, Italian bread and salad for a quick meal at the villa followed by the carrot cake. Yum! feeling hungry just thinking about it.
