Something to do with a massive window having an issue that meant they needed to take the roof off to take it out and replace it.

My DH has programmed his laptop to repeatedly check the restaurant page to see if it changes (specifically hoping for them to add the ‘check availability‘ buttons.) If it spots a change, it will start beeping at us so we can get straight on and see what’s been added!

Realistically, I suppose the menu and opening date will be the first changes added - apparently they might not offer ADRs until it’s been open for a few weeks, and just offer walk-ups to begin with. I think the latest rumoured opening date was 6th or 8th April (can’t remember which, but I’m not holding my breath until it’s officially announced by Disney).
