Rides for a 3 Year Old?
Hi all,
We've just booked for 2021, my son will be 3 years & 4 months - we last went in 2019 when he was 16months. We didn't do Universal last time (even though I love it so much) because he wasn't able to ride anything. What new rides will my son be able to ride at 3? Will he be able to do anything at US/IOA? Cheers!

Is he likely to make 40 inches by then? We went in August last year, my youngest was 3.5 and was over 40 inches, though in practice not brave enough for a lot of those rides.
At Universal his favourite was The Cat in the Hat, plus the other Seuss stuff too. He liked Minions, and ET, and seemed to enjoy Transformers. His Disney favourites were The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan’s Flight, Alien Swirling Saucers (not sure if your son would have been big enough for that last time?), Toy Story Mania, the Nemo ride and Figment. He went on Seven Dwarfs and was petrified, so we didn’t attempt Slinky with him. He was ok with Soarin, we didn’t attempt Test Track with him but my older son enjoyed it at just turned 4 (and also liked Seven Dwarfs then too unlike his younger brother!) Your son is also likely to be tall enough for Kali River Rapids. |

We went in September and our eldest daughter was 3 years 2 months. She is tall and managed to go on Splash Mountain, Big Thunder, Test Track, Slinky and SDMT. She wore a normal pair of Skecher trainers and loved them all

The rides are height restricted not age restricted.
