I dont have a slow cooker. I think thats where I went wrong with my fudge - not enough stirring.

Brownies are easy and keep ages. Also shortbread. We have a nice snowflake embossed pan for ours which makes it a bit nicer than plain

Ginger bread men - with a smartie for the buttons.

I use the Mary Berry gingerbread house recipe but half it and use a cutter for the men

I made this White Chocolate Fudge - it was very easy, took longer to set than it says though, didn't decorate as it says just used a small star shaped cutter, and dusted with icing sugar. It is very rich and a little goes a long way. carnation/recipes/...e-fudge-recipe - enjoy

Lemon shortbread or chocolate truffles. The truffles are very messy to make though! I dont use any specific recipes, just whatever I fancy from a quick google. Peppermint creams are also easy or tiffin.
