I cannot make head nor tail of what they have done, but the overall balance is correct. Looks like for some reason they have transferred balances still owing off some contracts, onto others. Anyway the final sum (calculated by me multiplying points by 6.7650) is correct. I owe nearly 600. I have no idea why they transfer balances from one contract to another. Tom have they done this with you?

Standby I will check.

Edit. Quick look on the iPad and it looks right. However I need to get onto my Excel document on the PC and my Wife is on there!

I was paying chunks off the 7 sub contracts under the main one. Waste of time really as they all get lumped together so next year I will hugely overpay on the big one.

The standalone one is different and that’s ok.

Will pop back later.

They did the same with me. I had paid $820 which should have covered the entire VGF contract, but it was split between both. I had to drill in to the details to confirm they were both ok. I got a slight rebate from last year but less than 1c per point!

Thanks- I cannot remember them doing this last year, As Tom says may as well just pay it all on one contract maybe if they do this.

OK. I have dug into my contracts. I made 1 payment against a stand alone 100 point contract so there was circa $200 left to pay. That is correct so I just paid it off.

The others are all under a main contract being the main one and 7 sub ones.

I was paying them all individually and owe circa $1500. That can wait until January as it's in auto pay anyhow.

In future I will just pay against the main one as it appears it makes no difference paying the sub ones. Bottom line rules

Mind you I always lived by bottom lining when I was working. Makes it nice and simple.
