Rise of Resistance - FP at other parks?

We only have 2 day Disney hoppers. So basically 2 days we can try and get in this ride.

First day our FP are at HS, but the second day they are at AK.

Will we still be allowed to get to HS at park opening and get a board group if we miss out on our first day? Then head to AK, then go back to HS when our boarding group is loading?

Yes you can do this but I believe that the return time window may be reduced to 1 hour which could make it tight.

Tim Tracker did this on one of his vlogs ie. he left DHS after getting his boarding group and went home for a few hours, sat out a rain storm, and then went back in time for his boarding group.
OP It had not even occurred to me to do this too - but will now make it part of our plans! Thank you

We did this on our first day. Got to the for 6.00am, got our boarding group then left to go and get breakfast and returned later on. HS is the worst park for any breakfast if you don’t have a character breakfast booked.

We have booked an early character breakfast to be sure to be in the park

Were doing HS first day. If we don't get ROR that day we will be trying before we go to every other Disney Park. We will get FP for the other parks.
