I am going to hang fire too, I range earlier and got the automated message advising that they are working through them, for me it is £150 that I need back so not like I am waiting for thousands.

Same as a lot of folk on here, we cancelled a week or so ago (took screenshot - phew!) but my booking is still showing as live on the website and I received an invoice today to pay the balance - So not sure what is going on now.
