Today’s question

Just seen a postman who wasn't wearing shorts.

Is this normal behaviour?

Is there a number I can ring?

Lucky to see a postman, our post has been impacted by covid and no post since late December!
But yes, shorts all year round is their uniform!

Our postie never wears shorts , maybe if he did the snow/water wouldn't be wicking up his legs. However I can't imagine walking about in the NE of Scotland's weather much fun in shorts.
PS How short is too short for shorts.. Asking for a friend
