Attraction Tickets Direct Oops

Hi all

For all those who have ordered tickets through this company, it might be a good idea to check that they've got your order.

We ordered tickets over a week ago and were getting a bit nervous when they hadn't arrived after 5 days. More so as the money had been taken from our bank account. We phoned them and were told that they had just "changed" computers and that they had no record of our order. We pointed out that they had already taken the money and they seemed to agree that there was a hitch and they would look into it and come back to us over the weekend.

I don't have any worries that this won't be sorted out

soon but if you've ordered from this company it might be worth a check.

Dear Gasmark7,

Please accept our apologies for the confusion over your booking. As one of my colleagues explained on the phone, we have indeed recently switched over to a new reservations system (12th May) and despite our best efforts to avoid any problems, there have been a couple of minor issues on a handful of bookings. I'm pleased to say however that the new system is now fully stable and the small number of bookings that were affected have all been re-entered and dispatched.

We do appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Our new system has improved the way we operate and will allow us to offer a far better service moving forward. As such it's back to 'business as usual' and I would like to reassure all 250,000 of our customers that we serve each year, of our best attention at all times.

I was just about to say that i spoke to Chris on the phone a couple of weeks ago when i hadnt received my confirmation email and he sorted it there and then
