There's only a phone number on the letter.

Pretty cross because I had a discussion at check in and they agreed I didn't have to pay.

Dopey Doris checked me in.

Her English wasn't as fluent as it should have been.

She couldn't grasp the concept that we had moved resorts and already had magic bands.

Then because I had 3 gift cards on the go I didn't link a credit card. She didn't like that.

Then she says the parking fees and I reply " no, UK visitors are exempt" and explained to her.

I was getting on her last nerve by now so she called someone over.

They agreed no parking charges. Then I had a conversation with them about not being able to decline the 2 superfluous sets of magic bands (we had 3 separate resorts booked) and she made some notes about that.

When I leave the desk I say to Doris (names changed to protect the guilty) " you haven't charged me for parking?"

"Oh, no no"

I would ignore the letter completely. However I do like a good battle when I know I am on rock solid ground.

Let them send more and make threats. Then hit them hard with a response and demand an apology.

Tom, my first instinct was ignore.

DH says "how long do you think it will be before Disney send the boys round?"

So, not wanting to be dunned on the doorstep or blacklisted for next time I fired off an indignant email.

I'm hoping the email address Dr JJ provided is for VIP queries only and they'll sort it out fast.

I would wait for the 3rd letter then send my response about how I have had to give up work due to the distress they have caused me. The fact I cannot sleep and have difficulty going to the toilet and my happy place has become a nightmare.

Then wait for the free offer.
